Homework is our theme here today, regardless of what else I'd like it to be. I wish we had another theme, but it is where the challenge is right now, and we have got to get this mastered now! Wish nine year old boys had the internal motivation to do these things well the first time, but just does not seem to be the case. So we struggle, argue, progress, back-slide, and generally move along at a terribly painful pace. I know he can do it, and that is my source of hope. But again, it is the motivation issue that is such a terribly difficult challenge!
My nephews are exactly the same! Soon this challenge will be tackled and it will be on to another. That's the nice thing about life. :o) I love your photo. The black and white is so crisp. I also love the concentration and determination on your son's face.
